UA Foundation appoints Robert Koster as New President/CEO

The University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc. announced today the appointment of Robert Koster as its new President/CEO. He will succeed Clay Davis who retired March 31, 2025. Koster joined the foundation in May 1992 and has served in various roles, ultimately rising to the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, before becoming President/CEO.

Scott Saffold, the chair of the foundation’s board, said, “Robert has a long history of proven leadership that has been integral to the foundation’s success. His commitment to efficient and effective operations earned the foundation a reputation for excellence among our peers and, most importantly, with the many generous donors supporting our campuses. We look forward to continued excellence and growth under his leadership.”

Koster said. “It is an incredible honor and privilege to lead the UA Foundation. I am sincerely grateful to the executive committee for their confidence in me to continue the remarkable legacy of successful leadership as President/CEO. I am both confident and excited about the future of the UA Foundation and our ability to have a lasting impact on the University of Arkansas System campuses for generations to come”.
